the private beach offered complimentary kayaks. we enjoyed paddling on the river and watching elephants bathe. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to boat tours and turtle sanctuaries.

i noticed the pool's decking required some repair near the pool area. hidden black walls in the pool were slightly disconcerting when swimming.

The main pool is surrounded by kept lush grounds. All staff members were friendly. there is convenient access to a private beach, and activities are always available onsite. some activities are complimentary while others are affordable.

The room included comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. a pool access room was spacious but provided little storage. The bathroom was luxurious. the provided balcony had a bath tub. It was a treat to cool off after a day.

all the staff were amazing and kind. the hotel staff kindly accommodated a late checkout and luggage storage. i am grateful for the excellent service from man and chok, who are the best bartenders. the shuttle service is convenient and allows for easy access to the town.

Kwan 1 and Kwan 2 were always available and helpful when I needed anything. The restaurant staff, especially Ball, offered excellent service. Sathang at the Tin Terrace restaurant took excellent care of our group. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The rooms are beautiful, and the views were amazing. I will definitely return as soon as possible, and I thank the staff for making my holiday lovely.

The pathway to the beach had some plastic rubbish. This was not a huge issue but slightly detracted from the otherwise pristine setting.
